didn't know what it is. Please tell me what should I do with this file.

Open shell such as DOS shell or bash
cd to the "lib" directory where PlexDomain.zip was unzipped. For example cd \PlexDomain\lib
Type java -jar StartPlexdomain.jar If you have Windows you can also create a shortcut to your desktop by
right-cliking on your desktop
select New
select shortcut
choose "Browse..." to go in bin directory such as "\PlexDomain\lib"
double-click StartPlexdomain.jar
click Next and type PlexDomain for shortcut-name
click Finish.
