PlexObject Solutions, Inc. is a leading software company for providing a wide range of products. Our products include development libraries, server-side off the shelf commercial solutions and consumer based products. PlexObject Solutions, Inc. invites other companies and individuals to become reseller of our range of software products by applying for entry into the PlexObject-Affiliate-Program (PAP). We are looking for Professional, Motivated and Sales-Driven resellers and advisors, who can demonstrate a past record of sound business practice. Once a company is accepted into the PAP they will receive generous commission on monthly sales of our products.

PlexObject-Affiliate-Program (PAP)

The PAP is free to join. Under the plan, resellers market and promote PlexObject Solutions' product range to their existing clients and the general Internet community. When a reseller sends a customer to the PlexObject Solutions' web site, and that customer purchases a product, in the reseller receives a commission on the sale.

Marketing and Advertising

Resellers are expected to actively market and promote PlexObject Solutions' software products to their existing customer base and visitors to their web site. They may use newsletters and e-mail to customers for promotion, however we do not encourage unsolicited emails or SPAM.

Commisison

PlexObject Solutions tracks the customer sales coming from the reseller and at the end of every calendar month issues a check for 20% commission to the reseller on the total amount of sales made. PlexObject Solutions reserves the right to change the level of commission without notice. Commission is not paid on PlexObject Solutions' free-ware programs.

Refunds

If a refund is issued to a customer who came from a reseller, the reseller's account will be adjusted accordingly.

Termination

The Reseller Agreement can be terminated at any time at the discretion of either party.

Notes:

  • Once we have received your registration details, your application will be evaluated for suitability to sell our products. 
  • Acceptance or rejection of your application will be sent via e-mail. 
  • Acceptance into the Reseller program is at the sole discretion of PlexObject Solutions, Inc.
  • PlexObject Solutions, Inc generally accepts applicants from well established businesses who can demonstrate the capability to operate as a successful reseller.
  • PlexObject Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to make inquiries about the applicant.  
  • No explanation for rejection into the Reseller program will be given.
